Enterprise registration with Aadhaar from July without any paper

The government on Friday told new standards to permit online enrollment of new ventures dependent on self-assertion, doing endlessly the necessity to upload documents and certificates, from July 1. As announced before, interest in ‘Plant and Machinery or Equipment’ and ‘Turnover’ are the fundamental rules for the grouping of MSMEs now. The warning explains that fares of merchandise or benefits or both will be prohibited while figuring the turnover of any endeavor whether Micro, Small or Medium.

“The process of registration can be done online through the portal which will be made known to the public before 1 July 2020, the date from which this new arrangement is going to be effective,” the statement said.

The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) had on 1 June, 2020 advised new standards for the grouping of MSMEs dependent on Investment and Turnover, to be powerful from 1 July, 2020.

In light of the equivalent, the MSME Ministry gave an itemized warning on Friday which gives the nitty gritty models for the grouping of MSMEs and the method for enlistment and the courses of action made by the service for assistance in this procedure.

The MSME Ministry has also established a strong facilitation mechanism for MSMEs in the form of Single Window Systems at the district level and regional level. “It will help those entrepreneurs who are not able to file the Udyam Registration for any reason. At the district level, the District Industry Centres have been made responsible for facilitating the entrepreneurs.”

Similarly, Ministry’s recent initiative of Champions Control Rooms across the country have been made legally responsible for facilitating such Entrepreneurs in registration and even thereafter,” the statement said.

Those individuals who don’t have a legitimate Aadhaar Number can move toward the Single Window Systems for help alongwith Aadhaar enlistment solicitation or personality, bank photograph passbook, voter ID card, visa or driving permit and the Single Window Systems will encourage them in enrolling in the wake of getting the adhaar number.
