Wizkid has teamed up with Brent Faiyaz for their new single “Piece of My Heart,”

Released on Friday, October 18. This track serves as the lead single from Wizkid’s upcoming sixth studio album, Morayo, set to drop on November 22 through Starboy/Sony Music International/RCA Records.
Both artists share several collaborators, including Don Toliver, who featured Wizkid on “Slow Motion” and Faiyaz on “Bus Stop” from his 2023 album Love Sick. They also have a connection through Tems, as the two Nigerian artists teamed up on the hit “Essence,” a sultry blend of Afrobeats and R&B that peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, thanks in part to a remix with Justin Bieber. Additionally, they collaborated on “Found” from Tems’ 2021 EP If Orange Was a Place, which reached No. 17 on the Hot R&B Songs chart.
Wizkid’s upcoming album Morayo—a Yoruba word meaning “I see joy”—is set to release two years after his fifth album, More Love, Less Ego, which debuted at No. 59 on the Billboard 200 and No. 2 on the World Albums chart in 2022.
