Tyler, the Creator is set to unveil his first new music in 18 months, teasing fans with a recent video titled “St. Chroma.”
The two-minute clip, shared on Instagram on October 16, features a masked Tyler leading a group of similarly masked individuals through a stark desert landscape. His quirky, rabbit-like hairstyle adds to the unsettling vibe of the black-and-white visuals, which are accompanied by whispered, almost unintelligible rapping.
In the video, the group marches into a massive shipping container marked “CHROMAKOPIA” in spray paint. As the clip shifts to color, a hand triggers a detonator, resulting in a dramatic explosion that engulfs everyone inside.
Tyler’s last album, Call Me If You Get Lost, was released in 2021, followed by an expanded Estate Sale edition two years later. Despite recently headlining both weekends of the Austin City Limits Festival, he did not perform any new material during his sets, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what’s next.
