Manish Malhotra’s Debut Film ‘Saali Mohabbat’ to Premiere at IFFI

Designer Manish Malhotra’s debut production, Saali Mohabbat, directed by Tisca Chopra, will have its world premiere at the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa on November 22.

Suspense thriller stars Radhika Apte, Divyenndu, Anshumaan Pushkar, Sauraseni Maitra, Sharat Saxena, and Anurag Kashyap.Malhotra shared that Saali Mohabbat’s intense, gripping narrative immediately drew him in. “With Stage5 Productions, we aim to create thought-provoking cinematic experiences, and Tisca’s dedication to crafting this story with complexity made it even more compelling,” he said. He also expressed gratitude to Jio Studios and Jyoti Deshpande for their unwavering support.

For Tisca Chopra, Saali Mohabbat is a deeply personal project. “I’m grateful to Manish and Jio Studios for believing in my vision. I hope audiences connect with its raw emotion and suspense,” she said. The film tells the story of a housewife whose tale of infidelity, deceit, and murder holds the attention of her listeners—one of whom gets a dangerous message.
