John Stamos Supports Dave Coulier After Cancer Diagnosis
John Stamos has shared a heartfelt message of support for his Full House co-star Dave Coulier, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma and throat cancer. Coulier, 65, discovered his condition in October after noticing inflamed lymph nodes linked to a respiratory illness.
In a touching social media post, Stamos, 61, shared a photo of the two friends embracing and wrote, “My brother from day 1. Love you @dcoulier, and I’ll be by your side through it all.” Stamos reflected on their decades-long friendship, which began during Full House (1987-1995), and paid tribute to their late co-star Bob Saget, who passed away in 2022.
Coulier expressed gratitude for the support, revealing that Stamos had called to offer a comforting visit after his chemotherapy session, saying, “If you want to just sleep, I’ll sit by you, or if you want to listen to music or talk, whatever.”
The Full House family has rallied around Coulier, with co-stars like Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, and others offering their love and support. Reflecting on the overwhelming response, Coulier said the lasting bond among the cast has been a source of strength during this difficult time.
