How to Redeem Your ZZZ Codes
Before you redeem, make sure you’ve completed the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness” (unlocked around Inter-Knot Level 5). This activates the Mailbox and Redemption features.
Method 1: In-Game Redemption (Recommended)
- Launch Zenless Zone Zero.
- Open the Main Menu (top-left corner).
- Tap More at the bottom of the icons.
- Select Redemption Code.
- Enter your code carefully (case-sensitive).
- Hit Redeem and collect your rewards in the Mailbox.
Method 2: Official Website
- Visit the Zenless Zone Zero Redemption Code website.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Select your server and character.
- Enter the code.
- Click Redeem and claim the items from your in-game Mailbox.
What’s New in Zenless Zone Zero in October 2025?
