The Soul Guitar isn’t just another weapon—it’s a status symbol in the Blox Fruits world. It takes preparation, grinding, and puzzle-solving skills to earn.

Phase 1: Meeting the Requirements

Before you can even start the quest, you’ll need to hit some serious milestones:

  • Player Level: 2300+
  • Location: Haunted Castle Island (Third Sea)
  • Time Condition: Must occur during a Full Moon (look for the message: “The light of the full moon peaks through the clouds”).

Materials Needed:

  • 5,000 Fragments
  • 500 Bones
  • 250 Ectoplasm
  • 1 Dark Fragment

Pro Tip: Bones and Ectoplasm can be farmed directly from Haunted Castle enemies. To get the Dark Fragment, defeat Darkbeard (summoned with a rare Fist of Darkness from Sea Beasts or server loot).

Phase 2: The Full Moon Puzzle (6 Steps)

The real challenge begins once the Full Moon rises. If the moon sets mid-quest, you may need to wait for the next cycle, though some progress carries over.

Step 1: Pray at the Grave (Full Moon ONLY)

  • Go to the graveyard on the left side of Haunted Castle.
  • Find the gravestone marked with a “?” and select Pray → Yes.
  • Candles will light up to confirm puzzle activation.

Step 2: Defeat All Living Zombies Together

  • Head to the opposite side of Haunted Castle.
  • Defeat all 6 Living Zombies simultaneously.
  • Group them, then use a strong AoE attack (like Buddha fruit) to wipe them instantly.
  • A flash and the word “Excellent” confirms success.

Step 3: Solve the Graveyard Puzzle

  • Return to the main graveyard path.
  • For each of the 5 rows, click the sign on the side with more graves.
  • Count carefully—it’s randomized each time.
  • “Excellent” confirms success.

Step 4: Talk to the Ghost NPC

  • Enter the Haunted Castle.
  • Speak to the Ghost NPC inside (he’ll only respond with “...”).

Step 5: The Trophy Pipe Puzzle (Memory Test)

  • Find the Trophy Garden outside. Trophies are arranged in a 5x5 grid with Trees mixed in. Take a screenshot of the layout.
  • In the Haunted Castle basement, use the Pipe Panel to recreate the pattern:
  • Vertical Trophy → Vertical pipe.
  • Horizontal Trophy → Horizontal pipe.
  • Tree → Leave blank.
  • A flash and “Excellent” confirm success.

Step 6: The Color Pipe Puzzle (Matching Test)

  • Still in the basement, check the floor grid.
  • Look up at the ceiling and walls to see Colored Pipes.
  • Adjust the floor tiles until they match the color of the pipes above or alongside.
  • Completion is marked with “Congratulations!”

Phase 3: Crafting the Soul Guitar

After completing the puzzles, the Weird Machine (near the Pipe Panel) becomes accessible.

Interact with it and craft the Soul Guitar if you’ve gathered all required materials:

  • 5,000 Fragments
  • 500 Bones
  • 250 Ectoplasm
  • 1 Dark Fragment
