The Rotara Earrings are more than just rare collectibles—they’re your ticket to one of the most powerful units in Anime Vanguards. Whether grinding Story Stages or braving the Legend Stage, persistence is the real key. Once secure both halves, you’ll have access to a fusion fighter that dominates the meta.

What the Rotara Earrings Do

The Rotara Earrings are a fusion evolution item that lets you transform a base Saiyan unit into its ultimate fusion form. This evolution isn’t just cosmetic—it skyrockets the unit’s power, often placing it right at the top of the Anime Vanguards tier list.

The Hunt: Two Halves, Two Locations

Both earring halves spawn on the Marshall Island map (also called the Land of the Gods). Each has only a 5% spawn chance, meaning persistence is essential. Here’s where to find them:

Part 1: The Story Stage Earring

Requirement: Must play on one of the new Story Stages on Marshall Island.

Spawn Check: On Wave 1, look for the notification saying a Rotara Earring has spawned. If it doesn’t appear, restart.

Location:

  1. Exit the main base/gate area.
  2. Head left and follow the path.
  3. Check the hillside corner near the start of the map.
  4. Look closely—the glowing earring can be easy to miss on the ground.

Part 2: The Legend Stage Earring

Requirement: Must play on the Legend Stage of the same map.

Spawn Check: Same 5% chance. Restart until the pop-up appears at the start of Wave 1.

Location:

  1. Start the Legend Stage.
  2. Look for the tall hill or mountain, often marked by a large tree or light beacon.
  3. Climb or fly to the summit.
  4. The second earring will be waiting near the top.

The Fastest Method: The Reload Grind

Because the spawn chance is so low, the community has found the most efficient farming method:

  1. Start the Stage (Story or Legend).
  2. Check for Notification after Wave 1 begins.
  3. Didn’t Spawn? Hit Restart Match in settings instead of returning to the lobby—this saves time.
  4. Did Spawn? Rush straight to the location and grab it.

Pro Tip: With only a 5% spawn chance, you may need many retries. Stay patient—the payoff is worth it for one of the strongest units in the game.
