Three individuals were killed and three genuinely hurt Saturday in a mid year evening Stabbing assault in a recreation center in the English town of Reading, police said. They said it was “not right now” being treated as a fear based oppression and the thought process was hazy.
Thames Valley Police force said officials captured a 25-year-old nearby man at the scene and they were not searching for any other individual.
“There is no observation knowledge to recommend that there is any further peril to society,” said Detective Chief Superintendent Ian Hunter.
“This is not currently being treated as a terrorism incident; however, officers are keeping an open mind as to the motivation for the incident,” Hunter added. He said investigators from the counter-psychological warfare unit were supporting the examination.
