Two New Codes Could Give You the Spins and Cash You Need for Your Next Match
Winning in Basketball Zero takes more than shooting at the right moment. Your style, zone, timing, and ability to react to opponents all influence how you perform on the court.
But unlocking new styles and improving your options can take time. That's why redeemable codes are worth checking before you jump into your next match.
Basketball Zero, previously known as Basketball Rivals, is a Roblox basketball game inspired by anime-style sports action. Players compete in fast-paced matches, use special abilities, and try to find the styles and zones that fit their preferred playstyle.
Codes can help by providing free Lucky Spins and in-game Cash. Spins give you opportunities to unlock different options, while Cash can support your progression.
The challenge is that codes can expire quickly. Older articles may continue to list rewards that are no longer available, especially after a new update arrives.
This guide focuses on the newest codes reported in October 2026, explains how to redeem them, and covers what to do when a code doesn't work.
Last checked: October 14, 2026. Codes were not independently tested in-game for this article, so rewards and availability should be treated as reported rather than guaranteed.
Basketball Zero Codes October 2026: Reported Working Codes
Recent code trackers updated around October 10–13 list the following two codes as active.
| Code | Reported reward | Status |
|---|---|---|
JOHNNYRETURN | 15 Lucky Spins and 50,000 Cash | Recently reported active |
15JOHNNYRETURN | 10 Lucky Spins and 100,000 Cash | Recently reported active |
These rewards are reported by sources including Pro Game Guides, TechWiser, and RoCodes. Their current lists agree on these two codes.
Redeem them as soon as possible. Roblox game codes may stop working without notice, and a code listed as active today may expire after a subsequent update.
1. JOHNNYRETURN
Reported reward: 15 Lucky Spins and 50,000 Cash.
Best for: Players who want more spins while building their character.
Why try it: It was added to recent October code lists.
Enter the code exactly as shown. If accepted, check your spin balance and Cash total before spending the rewards.
2. 15JOHNNYRETURN
Reported reward: 10 Lucky Spins and 100,000 Cash.
Best for: Players who want a larger reported Cash reward.
Why try it: Recent trackers list it alongside
JOHNNYRETURN.
The two codes have similar names but different reported rewards. Redeem them separately, and don't assume that entering one automatically claims the other.
What about older codes?
Some sites still list codes such as PERFV2, DELAY, 15PERFV2, CHROLLOBDAY, KIRA, and 15KIRA. However, several recent trackers classify these as expired.
For this reason, they are not included in the active-code table. If you want to test an older code, do so only after claiming the two newer rewards.
What Is Basketball Zero?
Basketball Zero is a competitive Roblox basketball game featuring team matches, special abilities, and anime-inspired playstyles. The experience was previously known as Basketball Rivals, so older search results and guides may use its former name.
Players compete to outscore opponents while choosing styles and zones that affect how their characters play. Depending on your build, you may prefer a setup focused on scoring, movement, defense, or supporting teammates.
This is where spins become useful. They give you opportunities to explore different options and find a build that matches your approach.
Cash is also useful for progression, although the best way to spend it depends on what you have already unlocked.
Codes won't guarantee a particular rare style, but they can provide extra opportunities without requiring you to earn every reward through matches.
How to Redeem Basketball Zero Codes
Follow these steps to redeem the codes.
Step 1: Open Basketball Zero
Launch Roblox and enter the Basketball Zero experience. Make sure you are playing the correct game rather than a similarly named basketball experience.
Step 2: Join the Current Roblox Community
Recent guides report that players may need to join the game's associated Current Roblox community and like the game before codes will work.
If a code fails, check the current game instructions to confirm whether these requirements still apply.
Step 3: Find the Codes Button
Once you load into the game, look for the Codes button in the bottom menu.
Select it to open the redemption interface.
Step 4: Enter the Code
Copy a code from the table above and paste it into the text box.
For example:
JOHNNYRETURN
Check that you haven't accidentally included a space at the beginning or end.
Step 5: Press Redeem
Click the Redeem button and wait for the game to respond.
Step 6: Confirm Your Rewards
If the code is accepted, check your Lucky Spins and Cash balance. If it fails, read the message and try the next code.
Step 7: Redeem the Other Code
Repeat the process for 15JOHNNYRETURN. The two codes are separate, so each requires its own redemption attempt.
The game's interface can change after updates, so follow the current on-screen instructions if the menu has moved.
How to Use Lucky Spins Effectively
Getting free spins is helpful, but using them thoughtfully can make your progression more enjoyable.
1. Understand Styles and Zones
Before using your spins, learn what styles and zones do in the current version of the game. Different options may support different approaches to scoring, movement, or defense.
2. Choose a Playstyle
Think about how you usually play.
Scoring-focused players may prefer options that support offensive opportunities.
Defensive players may prioritize the tools that help them respond to opponents.
Team-oriented players may value options that complement their teammates.
These are general decision-making principles, not a claim that one particular style is always the strongest.
3. Don't Assume a Rare Pull Guarantees Victory
A rare style can be exciting, but it doesn't replace good timing, positioning, and teamwork. Practice matters even after you unlock a new option.
4. Review Your Build After Unlocking Something New
When you get a new style or zone, take time to understand its abilities. A new option may change how you approach a match, but only if you learn to use it effectively.
5. Avoid Spending Cash Without a Plan
If you receive a large Cash reward, consider your next progression goal before spending it. Keeping some currency available gives you more flexibility for future upgrades.
Why Are Basketball Zero Codes Not Working?
If a code doesn't work, there are several possible explanations.
The Code Has Expired
Codes often have limited lifetimes. A code that worked during a previous update may no longer be active.
What to do: Try the newest reported codes first and check recent announcements if they fail.
You Entered the Code Incorrectly
Capitalization and spelling can matter.
For example, enter 15JOHNNYRETURN exactly as shown, including the number at the beginning.
What to do: Copy and paste the code rather than typing it manually.
You Haven't Joined the Required Community
Some code guides report that joining the Current community and liking the game are prerequisites.
What to do: Check the game's current instructions and complete any stated requirements.
You Already Redeemed the Code
Codes are generally intended for one redemption per account.
What to do: Check your Cash and spin balances. If you already received the reward, you may not be able to redeem the code again.
You're Using an Old Code List
Older codes frequently remain visible in search results even after they expire.
What to do: Use a recently updated list that clearly separates active and expired codes.
The Game Needs to Refresh
If the redemption menu is not responding, an outdated game session could be part of the problem.
What to do: Leave the experience, rejoin it, and try the code again.
Where to Find New Basketball Zero Codes
To keep your list updated after October 2026, check reliable sources regularly.
Official Roblox game page: Confirm the correct experience and look for developer-linked community channels.
Current community announcements: Check for new code releases and update notices.
Developer-linked social channels: Follow official channels if the developer provides them.
Recently updated code trackers: Compare publication dates and active-code lists.
In-game redemption messages: Use these to confirm whether a code is accepted by the current version.
Be cautious of websites that promise free Robux, unlimited Cash, or guaranteed rare styles in exchange for your password. Redeem codes only through the legitimate game interface.
