As you may know, April 24th is a very special day for us, it is the 3rd anniversary of Frostpunk. To celebrate this, we will be hosting a fanart contest – active from the 21st of April to the 5th of May. We, the Frostpunk mods, and our friendly neighborhood community liaison Rufus will be judging the submissions.
The winners will be announced on the 7th of May. All submissions are to be posted in this topic. (Well, theres nothing stopping you from posting them in a new topic, if you feel like sharing, but we need it to be in this topic as well to count it.)Naturally,
submissions must be connected to the Frostpunk universe in some way – though we will be rather lenient on what that entails. It may be something serious, humorous, or anything in between – as long as its fanart, were good to go. (Oh, yeah, and nothing NSFW.
Because we know there’s someone out there who would draw the “hot bath” event from The Last Autumn.) If you’re feeling very inspired, you may submit multiple works. This doesn’t give you an advantage in the sense that you get more points for doing so, but we will place you based on the highest-scoring work you’ve submitted.
So I wouldn’t recommend trying to win by submitting 100 works made in MS Paint in 10 seconds, because none of those are going to score high unless you’re a super galaxy brain MS Paint prodigy. On that note, one person can only place once, no matter how many works they submit.
The first-place winner will win a Steam code for all 11-bit studios games! Yes, every one of them – This War of Mine, Children of Morta, Moonlighter, all of them. All of the games together are worth $173 – which is $173 less than youll need to spend on Steam sales to fill your library with games you’ll play someday. That said, there may be other prizes for runners-up if were feeling particularly enamored with your efforts.
