Battlegrounds Mobile India does not have a release date yet but is up for pre-registrations on Google Play store.

Pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India started on May 18th via the Google Play Store. However, the URL still mentions PUBG Mobile. The game is the Indian avatar from PUBG Mobile. South Korean developer Krafton went to great lengths to restart PUBG Mobile
. in India, as it was banned in the country last September and this was possible, they had to remove the name PUBG Mobile, which is why their Redux Battlegrounds Mobile India is called. Krafton announced Battlegrounds Mobile India as the Indian version of PUBG Mobile in early May, and pre-registration for the game went live in the country on Tuesday, May 18, via the Google Play Store.
Interestingly, IGN India found out that the URL of the Google Battlegrounds Mobile India Play Store contains the text PUBG Mobile. The URL that mentions PUBG Mobile is still active. You can clearly see “pubg.mobile“ in the URL, but the reasons for this are unclear.It could be a simple mistake by the developers or something deliberate.
IGN India states that “com.pubg.mobile“ is the application package and it affects SEO (Search Engine Optimization) applications on the Google Play Store. Krafton for clarity and we will this section update when we get a response. Battlegrounds Mobile India will have essentially the same game as PUBG Mobile, but with a few tweaks.
At the time the name was announced, Krafton had announced that there would be an esports ecosystem that would include tournaments and leagues as well as exclusive in-game features such as outfits. He also announced that those who pre-register will receive certain rewards when the game is officially launched. The popular Erangel and Miramar cards that were part of PUBG Mobile India and will likely join the smaller 4×4 Battlegrounds Mobile India card called Sanhok.
